- Developed a new loan pool program
- Developed a relationship with city planning, zoning,
and fire officials to troubleshoot potential areas
of concern
- Explored construction of public facilities in downtown,
alleviating the need for each small business to construct
an ADA accessible bathroom in their store
- Established a loan pool program
- Prepared information on state and local tax credits
- Developed a local incentive program including utility
deposit abatements
- Worked with city on One-Stop permitting process
- Explored area contractors who specialize in asbestos
removal to get a better rate for several buildings
done at the same time
